Sunlit Bridge

Art has an amazing ability to stir a variety of emotions with a single image. What is even more marvelous is the mixed reaction from each individual.

A nearly street-level gaze through the canopy of foliage, casts a shadow on the road already traveled. Into the sun light beyond the bridge, the destination becomes an assemblage of warmth and comfort and optimism.

What a person leaves in the past and what the future holds for us seem to be small concerns compared to our internal fortitude for the moment. It is only human nature to hold an outlook of hope for what lies ahead.
